Phone Calls & Advice
Our nurses are available to answer your questions Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday mornings beginning at 8:30.
Please note: Mornings are our busiest times – this may not be the best time to call for routine advice. For urgent after-hours questions, see Emergencies.
If you think your child has a life-threatening injury or illness, call 911 immediately.
For urgent medical questions or advice during our regular hours, call our office at 513-398-5960. After hours, you can speak with someone from our answering service, who will transmit the information to the doctor on call. You’ll receive a call back. If you don’t hear from the doctor on call within one hour, please call our number again and have the doctor re-paged.
For non-urgent questions, please call our office during regular office hours.
Well child visits and physicals are scheduled based on availability. We suggest you call for an appointment six weeks in advance, especially during the busy summer months.
Sick visit appointments can generally be made on the same day on an as-needed basis. We suggest calling as early in the day as possible to facilitate scheduling.
If you need to reschedule an appointment, please call our office as soon as possible. This allows us to schedule other patients who may have urgent needs that day.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for prescription refills. We’ll need your child’s name, date of birth, medication name, strength, dosage and the phone number of your pharmacy.
Note: ADD medication prescriptions must be picked up or mailed to you. Please allow adequate processing and mailing time, as required.
Insurance & Billing
We accept a wide variety of insurance plans. Be sure to verify that we participate in your plan.
Insurance copayments are due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, major credit cards and debit cards for your convenience.
